Determined to respond to changing trends in education and study the College chose to convert two computer labs into a learning commons. This new space was to be collaboratively based and technology driven in response to the impact of technology and the ways students study and learn. The design utilized a variety of furniture that fosters interaction and collaboration in small group settings. The space is equipped with both fixed and mobile AV & IT technology.
